Founded in 1997, in Baltimore, County, MD, with a professional staff of two, ACS has steadily expanded its full-time engineering staff, while serving a growing client list of local government agencies, private developers and large engineering firms.
 
Our clients and project partners have come to value us for our wide-ranging technical knowledge, creative problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, strict attention to detail and professional, service-oriented approach. We frequently work together on projects with our sister company: JLN Construction Services.

Today, our firms have combined earnings of $7 million to $10 million a year. In 2001, we expanded our operations and relocated our headquarters to our present offices, on Baltimore's west side.
